SPIRIT OF HOPE

Washington, January 20, 2009.

“Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real, they are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this America: They will be met. On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.” With these words, Barack Obama became the 44th President of the United States. Two million people bore witness and were moved.

Christine Bourgier, photographer, attended this truly global event – along with hundreds of people from Quebec. Hope and energy, fraternity and diversity, treated vibrantly in black, in white, in color. Strikingly hopeful.

Capturing the spirit of sharing

Christine Bourgier lives off her passion, photography. In 2004, after fifteen years of rich professional experience in the private sector, she became a photographer, combining her leadership and unique artistic flare. Since then, she has had many exhibitions and books, one after the other.

Christine Bourgier has a gift. She turns every photographic experience into a unique moment, revealing truth and capturing the energy that makes sharing meaningful. Christine offers her audience the right to observe and, more importantly, to feel the spirit of the moment. Captivating experience.
